Weighed down by the beliefs & patterns of family, society & trauma, the instinctive & intuitive messages from our soul can become too quiet to hear and we end up stumbling through a life that we could be skipping through.

Our soul's reflection is in every connection that we make. Each person around us is a mirror to our truest self. Too often we are fearful of what we see and instead project outwards our judgements, not owning where that pattern, that behaviour or that pain might be present in ourselves. Too often we cannot acknowledge the beauty & grace that is also reflected back to us, it is easier to believe the negative, to be jealous & envious of the positive, rather than owning it as ours.
If we study the '3 Limitations of Being™' (shoulds, projection & our stories) and become aware of the gift of constant mirrors, it can lead to the possibility of renouncing the pain we carry and living with a sense of lightness, peace & self.
Amanda does not believe that long term therapy is always a necessary requirement in order to create permanent shifts in our psyche and well being. With the right tools & techniques, daily transformation is entirely possible.
Soul Reflection™ is about facilitating the processes needed to shift these built up layers and handing out tools to help rediscover & own our emotions. This work is a guide to empower the individual to author their own life. Amanda uses a number of different techniques & methods, from simply creating discussions & focus points, to role play & guided meditations, and each session is personally tailored to the individual's needs & space.
